Hotel Casolare Le Terre Rosse is crowned by splendid green hills and located a short distance from timeless places. A 3-star different from the others, similar to a country residence but full of charm.

Our hotel is surrounded by greenery: the Sienese hills are the backdrop to the park. A 4-hectare park that we take care of with passion and infinite care. Olive trees, cypresses and fruit trees are the most precious treasures of this green oasis. The Castelvecchio Nature Reserve, which extends all around, is home to rare native species, such as the peregrine falcon.

Let yourself be conquered by the fresh pasta prepared by the chef, by the delicious Chianti meats, by the riot of vegetables and legumes. The rustic and elegant atmosphere, the wine list full of local excellences, the symphonies of flavors and aromas make your dinner romantic like no other.

Chef Maurizio Cambi moves like a skilled conductor. The musical score is the recipe book of the Tuscan tradition and the instruments are the best local ingredients, the master’s touch with innate creativity. Each dish combines Tuscan roots with innovative impulses.

Seasonality is our mantra: the menu changes every three months, along with our Earth. The individual dishes are served with care and authenticity, just like our kitchen.
