Welcome with welcome drink with breathtaking views of the Chianti hills with an enchanting view of Barberino Val D’Elsa;
Meeting with our chef who will guide you in the preparation of 2/3 types of fresh pasta (eg ravioli, tagliatelle, pici, gnocchi…) and seasoning sauces matched to the type of pasta.
Lunch that includes appetizers based on local cold cuts and cheeses, pasta prepared by the participants, 1 glass of wine , dessert , water and coffee included.
Find out how to prepare homemade pasta easily and successfully !! With only flour, water and eggs we will teach you the secrets to make RAVIOLI , TAGLIATELLE , CAPPELLETTI , GNOCCHI in an enchanting place immersed in the suggestive hills of Chianti.
During the 3 hours we will make fresh pasta and condiments prepared entirely by the participants according to seasonal products , with the Chef’s guide and explanation .
After the preparation of the pasta, you can finally enjoy its authentic flavor, tasting the excellent Chianti wine paired with lunch.
At the end of the lesson you will receive the recipes to be reproduced at home together with your friends and family.
Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: our courses are also vegetarian , vegan , gluten and / or lactose free on request and always with local, fresh and seasonal ingredients .

Loved everything about this experience with my family. Our time with Cosimo, Allesandro, and Vilma was something we’ll always highlight with our trip to Italy. Vilma’s love for her craft and patience with our 3 kids was unbelievable. The entire experience is a must do if travelling to this part of Tuscany/Chianti. Amazing!

We really would advice to take this cooking lesson! The host is very friendly and welcoming en the chefcook can make delicious recipes!
We took the pasta class and made two different pasta: tagliatelle and ravioli! The host made pictures for us and send us the recipes.
A month after we went back home from our holiday, we gave it a try to make it again! Delicious; that night we were back in Italy!:)

Fantastic experience making pasta!
My girlfriend and I had a great teacher in Vilma who was knowledgable, patient and above all incredibly sweet.
The location is amazing (with free parking at the location) and you get to eat everything you make with wine and, in our case, also desert. I was absolutely full when we left so this is great as a replacement for a restaurant dinner.
All on all it was worth every penny and more.
Would recommend in a heartbeat!
