What a character! He was so much fun but most importantly taught us to make amazing gelato! We made a milk base flavor that was incredible just by itself, and then we turned it into strattechello, and a strawberry one. All 3 flavors were delicious. He is a fun, charismatic guy who gives you a fun morning of gelato! I can see why he is so famous. I would definitely recommend the class.
